Roasted Cauliflower Leaves
These deliciously crispy roasted cauliflower leaves are easy to make and are a great way to avoid food waste. A delicious vegetable side dish.

- Leaves from 1 cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C(fan)/200°C/gas mark 6/400°F.
Remove the leaves from your cauliflower. Wash and cut into strips.
Place in a roasting tin and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, turning once or twice, until turning golden and crispy.
