Ingredients

  • 4 cubes of frozen coffee or 100ml cold coffee and 4 ice cubes
  • 200 ml plant-based milk eg almond, oat or other vegan milk

Instructions

To make vegan iced coffee with frozen coffee cubes

  • Place four frozen coffee cubes in a glass.
  • Pour 200ml almond milk over the ice cubes (or until you reach the top of your glass). Leave for a few minutes so the ice cubes begin to melt - this will be very quick on a hot day.

To make vegan iced coffee with cold coffee

  • Put four ice cubes in a glass and pour over 100ml cold coffee.*
  • Pour 200ml vegan milk over the top (or until you reach the top of your glass).
  • Add a straw and enjoy!

Notes

  1. This makes a latte style iced coffee. If you prefer a stronger coffee add more ice cubes, more cold coffee, or try a mix of the two.
  2. If using cold coffee you will need to brew the coffee several hours in advance to give it time to cool down. There is more information about this in the body of the post above.
