Ingredients
400gtin of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1lemon juiced
1clovegarlic crushed
2tablespoonstahini
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonharissa pasteplus extra to serve
Sea salt to taste
1-2tablespoonscold water if needed
extra olive oil and harissa paste to serve
Instructions
Place a drained tin of chickpeas into a good processor with the juice of a lemon, a crushed garlic clove, 2 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon harissa paste and a pinch of sea salt.
Process until smooth, gradually adding 1-2 tablespoons cold water until you have the consistency you prefer.
Taste and add extra salt if needed.
Serve with extra olive oil and harissa paste.
