Vegan hazelnut and chocolate overnight oats

Chocolate overnight oats - does that sound like the breakfast of your dreams? If so then there’s no reason why you shouldn’t make this vegan hazelnut and chocolate overnight oats today - it’s ridiculously easy to make and tastes a bit like Nutella.

Ingredients

  • 150 g oats
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder or cacao powder
  • 325 ml dairy free milk I used oat milk
  • 50 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

To serve

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 20 g roasted hazelnuts

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl or jar. Stir well to mix.
  • Cover with a lid and store in the fridge overnight. In the morning sprinkle over extra hazelnuts or slice a banana on top and eat straight away.
