Ingredients

kohlrabi

tablespoons
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic
crushed
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.
Mix together 2 tablespoons olive oil with 2 cloves crushed garlic and salt and pepper. Set aside.
Peel and chop the kohlrabi. Place into a roasting tin and drizzle over the olive oil mixture. Stir well.
Roast for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, stir well then return to the oven for a further 20 minutes.
If the kohlrabi is crispy on the outside and soft in the centre it's cooked. If not return to the oven until it is.
