What’s your must-make for a vegan picnic? If you’re drawing a blank don’t worry – there are some mouth-watering ideas here that are perfect for any al fresco occasion.
Summer’s here! It’s always a tiny bit uncertain here in England what the weather’s going to do but as soon as there’s a hint of sunshine we like to pack up a vegan picnic and head out to the nearest grassy, sunny space for the rest of the day.
Today, 15 June 2018, is the first day of National Picnic Week. No, I have no idea who comes up with these things but I do love a picnic. As a new vegan it can however be tricky to know what to make for those al fresco occasions.
With a little thought and planning though you can have a colourful and delicious picnic spread that everyone will love.
