Breakfast is one of the easiest meals to make vegan.
Many breakfast cereals are naturally vegan - serve with oat or almond milk instead of dairy milk.
The same goes for toast (remember to check the ingredients for shop bought bread). Use dairy free spread and toppings like jam, marmite, peanut butter or other nut butters.
