With Christmas just around the corner, this guide to December's seasonal vegetables will help you to eat with the seasons this month. Autumn is on its way out and as we welcome winter we'll start to see the best of the colder month's produce such as Brussels sprouts, Jerusalem artichokes and celeriac. Use my guide to seasonal vegetables in December to help you know what to choose and cook this month.

WHAT VEGETABLES ARE IN SEASON IN DECEMBER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM?

The following vegetables are in season in December in the United Kingdom*.
