With winter in full swing this guide to January's seasonal vegetables will help you to eat seasonally and get your five a day. Winter is the season for root vegetables such as swede, parsnip, turnip, Jerusalem artichokes. But you'll also find cabbage, kale and a few other greens to vary things a little. Use this guide to seasonal vegetables in January to help you eat with the seasons.
