October has to be one of the best months for seasonal produce - in particular the vegetables. From pumpkins and squash to celery and kale, there are so many delicious veggies to enjoy this month. My guide to seasonal vegetables in October will help you to know exactly what's in season this month.

What vegetables are in season in October?

The following vegetables are in season in October in the United Kingdom*.
